Alexa Harris

Master of welding, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇬🇧 Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
  • Newport Repairs
  • Since 1978
  • English
I've worked in welding since 1978. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,150 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Alexa

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
