Alessandro Messina

Volunteer mentor with Greenfield Foundation

🇮🇹 Milan, Lombardy, Italy
Greenfield Foundation
1993 to 2003
Italian

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 320 people through Greenfield Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Alessandro

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

Areas of mentoring

Recovery Engineering Trades

What gifts mean to Alessandro: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
