Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇮🇹 Brescia, Lombardy, Italy
- Brescia Foundation
- Since 2013
- Italian
For 13 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Alessandro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
