Helping people break into teaching
- 🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovia, Poland
- Warsaw Community Trust
- Since 1999
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,570 people through Warsaw Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Aleksandra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
