I've spent 42 years as a lecturer in mathematics at Mar del Plata Institute of Technology in Mar del Plata. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It is the best part of this job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Alejandro
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Alejandro: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
