Alejandro E. Flores

First-generation students mentor, Mérida

  • 🇲🇽 Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico
  • Mérida Association
  • Since 2010
  • English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Mérida Association. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Alejandro

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
