Alejandro D. Lara

Bicycle repair, done properly

  • 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
  • Old Orchid Works
  • Since 2011
  • English, Spanish, French
I've worked in bicycle repair since 2011. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 680 apprentices. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Alejandro

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
