Alejandro C. González
Volunteer mentor with Baobab Mentoring Circle
- 🇨🇴 Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia
- Since 2017
- Spanish
For nine years I've mentored people in design and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Alejandro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
