Helping people break into teaching
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Ciudad de México Foundation
- 1995 to 2014
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Ciudad de México Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Alejandra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
