I taught agriculture at Sacramento Technical College in Sacramento from 2008 to 2025. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Alejandra
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Alejandra: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
