Alejandra Guerrero
Caregiver and nurse, Mount Pleasant Maternity Hospital
- 🇺🇸 Anaheim, California, United States
- Mount Pleasant Maternity Hospital
- Since 1991
- English, Spanish
I've been a nurse for 35 years, most of them in community health at Mount Pleasant Maternity Hospital in Anaheim. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I've held a lot of hands. I wouldn't change a thing.
More about Alejandra
I still get cards from families years later. They're pinned to my fridge.

What gifts mean to Alejandra: A gift would go toward blankets and small comforts for patients without family.
