Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Baobab Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Punjabi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Baobab Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Aleena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Aleena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
