Alberto T. Acosta
Youth table tennis coach and mentor
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
- Medellín Boxing Gym
- 2017 to 2025
- Spanish
For eight years I ran the table tennis program at Medellín Boxing Gym in Medellín. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
More about Alberto
If you played for me, you probably remember that terrible school play.

What gifts mean to Alberto: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2023. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Ciudad de México.
