I coached athletics at Valley View Athletic Club from 2008 to 2021. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
What gifts mean to Alberto: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the end-of-term party. Best summer of my life. Greetings from St. Louis.

You coached me in 2018. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Brandon.
