Baking, done properly
- 🇲🇽 Puebla, Puebla, Mexico
- Riverside Shop
- Since 2013
- Spanish
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Puebla, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
More about Alberto
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
