Alberto H. Cruz
Baking for twelve years in Akron
- 🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States
- Little Akron Workshop
- Since 2014
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2014 in Akron and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Alberto
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Alberto: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
