Cricket and fitness coach, Iztapalapa
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- 1986 to 1994
- English, Spanish
I coached cricket at Iztapalapa Andes Athletic Club from 1986 to 1994. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Alberto: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
