For 27 years I've run the football program at Mar del Plata Cedar Grove Athletic Club in Mar del Plata. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Alberto
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
