Careers mentor, Sylhet
- 🇧🇩 Sylhet, Sylhet, Bangladesh

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Sylhet Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Alamin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
