I've cooked from 2015 to 2024, first at home, then at Old Starlight Table and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I answer every message, eventually.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Alamin: Any gift helps me keep the Sunday table free for people in need.
