Akua Matilda Nkrumah
Taught mathematics at St. Anne's Girls' School
- 🇬🇭 Obuasi, Ashanti, Ghana
- St. Anne's Girls' School
- 1986 to 2022
- English, Twi
For 36 years I was the mathematics teacher at St. Anne's Girls' School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
More about Akua
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Akua: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
