I'm a woodcarving artist based in Machakos. I've been making things since 1980 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I try to remember everyone's name. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Akoth
I've had 12 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Akoth: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
