I've worked in masonry from 1993 to 2024. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,490 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
