Akinyi Atieno Ssebuliba
Tabla player and teacher in Naivasha
- 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
- Holy Cross Ensemble
- 1982 to 2002
- English
I play tabla and choir direction. I started in 1982 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
