Akello Wambui Musyoka
Weaving for 13 years in Embakasi
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Since 2013
- English, Swahili
I'm a weaving specialist. If you live around Embakasi, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
What gifts mean to Akello: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
