I've cooked from 2017 to 2025, first at home, then at St. Joseph's Cafe and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
