Akello Anyango Onyango

Youth dance coach and mentor

  • 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
  • Arusha Athletic Club
  • 1979 to 2017
  • English
I'm a dance coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 1,220 kids fall in love with the game. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Akello

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Akello: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
