I teach special education at Lakeview Middle School in Vancouver since 1991. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 2,030 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Akash
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Akash: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
