Akari Mio Harada

Teacher at Westbrook Academy, loves biology

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Westbrook Academy
  • 2013 to 2024
  • English, Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.

More about Akari

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

Subjects taught

Biology
What gifts mean to Akari: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
