Ajay T. Anand
Chess coach, Mumbai Athletic Club
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Athletic Club
- Since 1983

For 43 years I've run the chess program at Mumbai Athletic Club in Mumbai. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
More about Ajay
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Ajay: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
