Aissatou Nafissatou Ba
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇳🇱 Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
- Since 1992
- Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,190 people through Haarlem Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Aissatou: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
