Aishwarya Parikh
Helping people break into trades
- 🇮🇳 Surat, Gujarat, India
- Oakwood Community Trust
- 1996 to 2017
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,050 people through Oakwood Community Trust.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Aishwarya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Aishwarya: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
