Aisha Uzor
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Kaduna, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Victory Workshop
- 2014 to 2022
- English
I'm a weaving specialist. If you live around Kaduna, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Aisha: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
