Aisha Tabitha Kipchoge
Mentor in design and leadership
- 🇰🇪 Nakuru, Nakuru, Kenya
- Beacon Association
- 1982 to 1996
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 690 people through Beacon Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Aisha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
