I've volunteered with Alexandria Community Kitchen since 2002. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 39 people now. Everyone brings something.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Aisha
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Aisha: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
