For 24 years I ran the martial arts program at Polokwane Athletic Club in Polokwane. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
