Aisha Queen Oyelaran

30 years teaching French in Lagos

I taught French at Northside Middle School in Lagos from 1993 to 2018. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I never once raised my voice. Over the years I had 1,130 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
