Aisha Nakamya

Bicycle repair for 23 years in Kasarani

🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
The St. Anne's Trades Guild
Since 2003
English

I've worked in bicycle repair since 2003. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 760 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Aisha

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Aisha: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
