Aisha Jepkoech Mbwambo
Oil painting and ceramics artist
- 🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
- Eastgate Print Workshop
- Since 1984
- English
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes ceramics. My first show was in 1984 at Eastgate Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I carry a notebook everywhere. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Aisha
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Aisha: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
