Aisha Hauwa Bankole

13 years teaching religious studies in Zaria

  • 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
  • Zaria Public School
  • Since 1979
  • English, Igbo
Zaria Public School is my second home. I teach religious studies there since 1979, mostly the youngest children. Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I play music while people worked. I'm still learning every day.

More about Aisha

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Aisha: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
