I'm a textiles artist based in Kano. I've been making things from 2011 to 2019 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I try to remember everyone's name. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Aisha
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Aisha: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
