Aisha C. Smith

Painter, potter and teacher at Little Ekurhuleni Gallery

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Ekurhuleni, Gauteng, South Africa
  • Little Ekurhuleni Gallery
  • Since 2013
  • English, Zulu
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2013 at Little Ekurhuleni Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Aisha

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
