Barbecue chef in Quezon City
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Quezon City Canteen
- Since 1983
- English
I've cooked since 1983, first at home, then at Quezon City Canteen and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I try to remember everyone's name.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Aileen
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
