Aiden K. Caldwell
Design mentor, San Antonio
- 🇺🇸 San Antonio, Texas, United States
- San Antonio Community Trust
- Since 2003
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,240 people through San Antonio Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Aiden
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Aiden: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
