Aiden A. Ortega
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇳🇿 Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand
- 2014 to 2022
- English
I coached rowing at Hamilton Boxing Gym from 2014 to 2022. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
More about Aiden
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
What gifts mean to Aiden: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
