Ai Shan Yang
Singing player and teacher in San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Choir
- Since 2000
- English, Mandarin, French
I play singing and brass band. I started in 2000 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 15 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ai
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Ai: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
