Ahmed Hamza Abbas
Choir director and singer
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Cairo Orchid Orchestra
- Since 1982
- English
I play bass and oud. I started in 1982 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
What gifts mean to Ahmed: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
