I'm a printmaking artist based in Johannesburg. I've been making things since 1999 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ahmed
I've had 3 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Ahmed: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
