Ahmad Yoga Hutapea
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Old Eastgate Repairs
- Since 2006
- English, Indonesian
I've worked in painting and decorating since 2006. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 640 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 21 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ahmad
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Ahmad: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
