I've been a nurse for 27 years, most of them in pediatrics at Grenoble Children's Hospital in Grenoble. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
